The Maple Co-Op Gin still operates as of 2026. While the old gin structure remains in use, the gin's facility and operation has expanded to other structures added on to the west of the original structure seen here. The yellow paint adorning this gin is a departure from the usual bare corrugated metal seen on other gins of this era. In recent years, damaged siding has been replaced with new siding.
